Shipping & Delivery
What we ship, how long it takes, and who pays what when an order crosses a border. Written to match how we actually dispatch, not how a template does.
Retail orders
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $150. Below $150, standard shipping is a flat $8.
- Processing. In-stock retail orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm ET on Friday ship the following business day.
- Tracking is emailed at dispatch. Nothing ships without a tracking number.
- Discreet packaging as standard — no brand name on the outer box.

Transit estimates are working days after dispatch and exclude customs holds. Peak season and weather add time.
Canada and Europe
- Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight.
- Duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless they are collected at checkout.
- We declare the true value of the goods on every commercial invoice. We will not declare a lower value or mark an order as a gift.
Wholesale and development orders
- Wholesale ships from the same warehouse on the same schedule. Free-shipping thresholds are retail thresholds and do not apply to wholesale orders; wholesale freight is quoted per order.
- Drop-ship is available in plain packaging with your own packing slip.
- Sampling rounds take 10–15 working days; bulk runs 30–45 days after approval.
- Bulk shipments move on the Incoterms agreed for that order, stated on the order confirmation, not assumed from this page.
If something goes wrong in transit
Send us the tracking number and photographs of the parcel as it arrived. If a shipment arrives damaged or short, report it within 7 days of delivery for retail and 14 days for wholesale, and we will file the carrier claim and replace or credit the goods.
