Terms
Order acceptance, pricing, our MAP policy and what our trade accounts agree to. Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
Orders and acceptance
- An order you place is an offer. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch.
- We may decline an order — usually because stock has gone or the pricing was wrong.
- Samples and development work are governed by the agreement for that project, not by these retail terms.
Pricing
- Retail prices are in US dollars and exclude duties, taxes and international freight unless stated at checkout.
- Obvious pricing errors may be corrected. If that happens we cancel the order and refund it in full rather than shipping it at the wrong price.
- MAP. Our own store sells at suggested retail price. We do not undercut the stores that carry us.
Wholesale accounts
- Accounts are approved at our discretion and reviewed when circumstances change.
- Case pricing is confidential. It may not be published, shared between retailers, or used in marketplace listings without our written consent.
- Minimums: 6 units per style or $300 per order. Reorders have no minimum.
- We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, after telling you why and giving you a chance to put it right.
Product information
- Colour depends on the screen it is viewed on and the light it is photographed under. Our wash pages state the light source used for measurement for this reason.
- Size charts list both the size number and the waist in inches. Use both.
- Finished garment measurements are held to ±0.5 in on waist, hip and inseam.
Intellectual property
Our patterns, fit blocks, grade rules, wash recipes and photography remain ours. Development work we do for a brand is governed by the agreement with that brand, including who owns the resulting patterns.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which RiseBlue is established, and disputes fall to the courts of that jurisdiction.
