From tech pack to shipping carton.
We are a development house that also owns the factory. That is the whole point: the person who drafts your pattern is the person accountable for the bulk run.
What you get
- A fit block developed on real body measurements, not a scaled-up size 6.
- A graded size run with a written grade rule — we publish waist and hip increments so your size chart is defensible.
- A wash and finish recipe versioned with ΔE tolerance and light source stated.
- A costed bill of materials with fabric options at two or three price points.
- A QC protocol with inline checks at cut, sew, wash and pack, plus a sample retention photo set.
Six gates. No stage starts before the previous one is signed.

Fit blocks we already have
Sizes 14W(36)–24W(46). A separate block with a constant 11 in difference. Not a graded Missy.
Same size numbers as Missy, redistributed around a 12 in+ difference.
Same silhouettes with rise and inseam adjusted. Not a shortened regular.
A Curvy or Petite request is a new block, not a resize — we will tell you when it is.
