Wash & finishWashes we can repeat.
Anyone can produce a beautiful first sample. The test is whether the fortieth order looks like the first. Everything on this page exists to make that answer yes.
MethodHow we control repeatability
- Versioned recipes. Every wash is a numbered recipe with its chemical load, cycle times and machine settings. Change one variable and the version number moves.
- Published tolerance. We specify a colour tolerance in ΔE and state the light source the measurement is taken under, because ΔE without a stated illuminant is a number without a meaning.
- Retained references. A sealed reference swatch of every approved wash stays in our library, so a reorder three years later has something physical to match.
RangeWash families
Clean & darkWash family
Rope or garment dyed, minimal hand work, built for line-dry or no-fade expectations.
VintageWash family
Layered sanding and tinting with a worn-in hand.
Colour & overdyeWash family
Non-indigo directions, which change the fibre mix — we will flag the trade-off between colour depth and stretch performance before you commit.
Send us a reference wash — we will tell you whether we can repeat it, and at what cost.
