Returns & Refunds
A returns page is read more often than an about page in this category, so it is worth being exact about it.
Retail returns
- 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original tags attached. Trying a garment on is expected; wearing it out is not.
- Return freight is paid by the customer, except where the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong thing.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us.
- Size exchanges: we ship the replacement once at our cost within the US.
What we cannot accept
- Garments that have been worn, washed or altered.
- Items marked final sale.
- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.
- Wholesale orders outside the defect terms below.
Wholesale returns
- Wholesale orders are final sale except for manufacturing defects.
- Defect claims within 14 days of delivery, with photographs of the garment, the care label and the carton label.
- Authorised wholesale returns ship back prepaid on our account and are credited or replaced — we do not ask a store to absorb our error.
Fit and tolerance
Finished garment measurements are held to ±0.5 in on waist, hip and inseam. A production run that falls outside tolerance does not ship. If something outside spec reaches you, that is our problem to fix, not yours to argue about.
