What we collect, what we do not collect, and what happens before and after you agree to cookies.
What we collect
- Order and account details — name, email address, shipping address, and your order history with us.
- Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers on this site.
- Enquiries you send us — the fields in our contact and wholesale forms, kept so we can reply and keep a record of the request.
- Usage data — pages viewed and how you arrived, collected only after you agree to analytics cookies.
Cookies and the consent gate
Until you agree, this site sets no analytics cookie and makes no advertising request. The banner is a gate, not a notice. Two categories are offered beyond the strictly necessary:
- Strictly necessary — cart, session and security cookies. These are always on because the store cannot work without them.
- Analytics — aggregate page and funnel measurement.
- Marketing — advertising measurement and retargeting audiences. Off by default, and off until you turn it on.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the cookie link in the footer, and withdrawing it stops the requests from that point on.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not run advertising pixels on a page before you have agreed to them.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you placed an order or sent an enquiry — that needs a separate, explicit opt-in.
- We do not ask our trade accounts to publish their customers’ data to us.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email with one click — the link is in every message.
